What's the smallest project you'll take on?

Around £500. Anything below that and we cannot give it the attention it deserves. A small landing page, brand mark or one-week fix is comfortably in that range.

Do you take a deposit?

50% on kick-off, 50% on delivery for fixed-price projects under £10k. Larger projects we split into milestones (typically 3–4 invoices).

Question 3

Are there ongoing costs after launch?

Accepted Answer

Hosting, domains and SSL renew yearly (we pass through cost with no markup). If you take our IT support retainer we cover the lot. Otherwise we hand over login details and you own everything.

Question 4

Who owns the code/designs when you're done?

Accepted Answer

You do. Full IP transfer on final invoice payment. Source code, design files, brand assets — everything ends up in your account.

Question 5

Can you work to a fixed budget?

Accepted Answer

Almost always. Tell us your number first; we will tell you honestly what we can build inside it. If it does not add up we will say so rather than ship something that will not work.
